I've always been under the impression that he saw religion as another means to the end of serving the race attributed to it, just as the state and everything else. This taking the form of the whole 'Positive Christianity' and Rosenberg's Religion of the Blood thing. Hitler only really disliking the Christian church for holding it's religion to such a high regard as to conflict with other Germans over it, and for generally not following what he perceived as Jesus' actual example.

There is a lot of grey area with it all though.

Hitler actually said that there was "No room for religion" in his aryan empire, despite drawing his ideas for architecture and society from the ancient greeks, imperial romans, and ancient germanic peoples(vikings).
