Fur trade also connected finns to vikings, but usually after trading they started to pillage and raid villages. After few decades of raiding Finnish villages started building hillforts that were quite impossible to capture. (fort on top of steep hill. defended with spears, arrows and boiling water. At winter the hill would be iced so you could only aprroach it from one direction.)<br><br>One raiding party was almost totally wiped out by mixture of drunken vikings, big rapids and a sturdy rope pinned across the rapids by finnish hunters.<br><br>]]></description>

You get the story clear without having to get irritated with badly translated language. Poetic Kalevala opens only if you understand Finnish really well.<br><br>]]></description>

I&#039;ve played it for a week or so, and its really friggin good. <br><br>One of their designers/concept artists is a Norwegian history buff, so the classes are based somewhat on history/ famous mythology.<br><br>The youtube video is of one of the new viking class, Gestir, released a little while ago.<br><br>]]></description>
