Superman, for a few reasons. I think the idea of a superhero with virtually no limit to his power is... refreshing. Someone so overpowered that his limiting factor isn't the volume of goons sent against him is pretty interesting, and it's nice to see other problems than his safety.
And his costume is deceptively sweet. Unlike every other superhero fucking ever, he doesn't wear his costume to hide his identity. The S suit is an outfit from his home planet, not a suit he uses to hide. He is Clark Kent only because he wants to experience earth culture, and the quiet, mild-mannered man is his disguise. Sort of like how batman is only the douchey, egotistical Bruce Wayne because that's what is expected of a millionaire, superman acts as polite Clark Kent just because that's the kind of person he feels he should be.
