Welcome to /chicken/, 99chan's board for the official 99chan rapping project. This project started in July of 2008 when OPG made a bargain with Satan. There was an initial surge of interest, and everyone claimed they would make contributions to the project. However, the project quickly fell apart when everyone got lazy and didn't do anything at all. That being said, we need you, the users, to contribute to this project, even if all you do is watch the videos once in a while.

Things you can do to help:

1. Compose some beats. FL Studio and the like are popular for this.

2. Write some lyrics. Any content is appreciated, even if you only write just a four line hook. Just remember that it has to be marketable. "NIGGER NIGGER NIGGER NIGGER", as catchy as it sounds, won't be easy to advertise. If you put some effort in your writing, it will most likely end up in one of our songs.

3. Rap. You don't even need to sound black. Just sound menacing and have good flow.

4. Get on IRC. mibbit is embedded on the board for those of you who are too lazy to use a proper client. Our rapper will be on the channel as Gordon, I'll be on as lolidunno.
